1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Binham Travel Service Tarnol's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Binham Travel Service Tarnol provides Hajj and Umrah packages, visa processing, flight arrangements, hotel bookings, and transport services for pilgrims traveling from Pakistan to Saudi Arabia.

3. Booking & Payment

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of 30% deposit
• Remaining payment must be completed 30 days before departure
• Prices are subject to change due to airline/hotel rate fluctuations
• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
• Payment can be made via bank transfer or cash at our office

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation 60+ days before departure: 10% cancellation fee
• Cancellation 30–59 days before departure: 25% cancellation fee
• Cancellation 15–29 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
• Cancellation less than 15 days: No refund
• Visa fees are non-refundable once submitted

5. Visa Processing

• Binham Travel Service Tarnol will make every effort to process visas successfully
• We maintain a 100% visa success rate but cannot guarantee approval in exceptional circumstances
• Client must provide accurate and complete documentation
• Visa processing fees are non-refundable

6. Travel Documents

• Clients are responsible for ensuring their passport is valid for at least 6 months
• Required vaccinations must be completed before departure
• Binham Travel Service Tarnol is not responsible for denied boarding due to incomplete documents

7. Health & Safety

• Clients must inform us of any medical conditions before booking
• We strongly recommend travel insurance for all pilgrims
• Binham Travel Service Tarnol is not liable for medical emergencies during travel

8. Changes to Itinerary

• Binham Travel Service Tarnol reserves the right to modify itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, airline changes, government restrictions)
• We will provide reasonable alternatives where possible

9. Liability

• Binham Travel Service Tarnol acts as an intermediary between clients and airlines, hotels, and other service providers
• We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or service failures by third-party providers
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the package
